Classic Hatha Yoga
I am currently looking for the suitable venue for Beginner’s Classes in the
area of Cliffside villages.

For those with little or no previous experience of yoga. The practice of Classic
Yoga links mind, body and breathing. It helps, on a physical level, to improve strength,
flexibility and energy. It stimulates heart-lung function, and the digestive, nervous
and endocrine systems. Additional benefits include a deeper sense of awareness, better
concentration, increased self confidence, well-being and a calm and relaxed mind.
It can also improve the general quality of life and the ability to live in the moment.
Classic Yoga is not competitive, and each student is encouraged to work towards their
full potential.
Schedule
If there is enough interest, then morning or afternoon class can be started up from September.
Clothing
Please wear anything comfortable such as a T-shirt and shorts or leggings, loose trousers and a top. You will not need footwear or socks once you are in the class as it is recommended that you do Yoga in bare feet.
Equipment
At a minimum everyone needs to bring their own yoga mat; if you are a total beginner and wish to try out yoga classes before purchasing a mat, you can bring a thick cover or blanket.
Remember:
Not to eat before the class (big meal: 4 hours; snack: 1,5 hours before).
Inform the teacher of any Health condition, a confidential Health Declaration Form will be provided before the first class.
Class prices
Classes from 1,5 hour to 2 hours. Fees £4 per class are payable before the class and not refundable.
